Remove a social connection

Open Social publishing in ZATTIX and use Disconnect on your connected Meta account. This removes the active credentials and Page selections stored for your connection. It does not delete posts already on Facebook or Instagram. You can also remove ZATTIX access in your Meta account settings.

Request account or workspace data deletion

Email trader.missy@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject “ZATTIX data deletion”. Specify whether you want your social connection, a project, or your account deleted. Include your workspace or project name if relevant. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will verify your identity and authority over the requested data, confirm the scope and communicate the outcome. A request affecting shared workspace data may require the workspace owner. Backups and records necessary for security or applicable obligations may remain after removal from the active service; ask for details for your request.
