Who to contact

ZATTIX is a private-preview creative workspace at zattix.com. Contact the platform operator at trader.missy@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information we process

We process account email addresses, password hashes, workspace membership, prompts, uploaded media, generated content, project revisions, and operational records to provide the service and control access.

Optional social connections

If enabled and authorized by you, a Meta connection processes the account and Page identifiers, Page names, linked Instagram professional-account identifiers, granted access and access tokens needed for the connection. Connection credentials are encrypted in the database and are not returned to your browser. Connecting does not itself publish a post or purchase advertising. Social publishing is not enabled in this preview.

Hosting and sharing

Workspace data is processed on infrastructure used to host ZATTIX. Media and prompts may be transferred to the configured generation worker, including an authorized GPU hosting provider, when you request generation. Meta receives information needed for authorization when you choose to connect. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use.

Retention and controls

Project history is retained to support your workspace. Disconnect removes the active stored social connection; backups may retain earlier copies until rotated. Account and project deletion requests are handled through the contact below, with identity verification. Operational records may be retained where necessary for security, resolving disputes or applicable obligations.

Cookies

Essential session and request-protection cookies support sign-in and protect changes to your account.

Your requests

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing the contact above from your account email. See our data deletion instructions.
